The council is inviting tenders from suppliers on the Primary Contractor Framework who expressed an interest in the refurbishment works to Redbridge House. Issue of tender documentation Monday 16th September 2024 Deadline for requests for clarification Tuesday 1st October 2024 @ 17:00 Tender submission deadline Friday 11th October 2024 @ 12:00 Issue of tender evaluation results Monday 4th November 2024 Contract Award Monday 4th November 2024 Mobilisation Period Monday 4th November -Sunday 1st December 2024 Commencement Monday 22nd December 2024 Completion Friday 22nd March 2025 End of defects period Sunday 22nd March 2026 The deadline for submissions is Friday 11th October at 12:00 (Noon).
