Caerphilly County Borough Council is actively seeking to procure a contract for the supply and installation of high-quality loft insulation in residential properties throughout the Caerphilly County Borough. This contract forms part of the Council's delivery of WHQS 2023 and aims to enhance energy efficiency, reduce heating costs for residents, and contribute to the council’s broader environmental sustainability goals. The selected contractor will be responsible for installing loft insulation in line with the instructions provided by the Council. By improving the thermal efficiency of homes, the council hopes to create a more comfortable living environment for residents while also supporting efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote greener living practices within the community.
